Free shipping is currently included as standard with all orders (see Section 3).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed promptly, Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (such as postal delays)

Free shipping is included with all orders. This is offered as a privilege, not a guarantee, and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the delivery carrier.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong size, colour, or shipping details.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is:

faulty,
damaged, or
not as described.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@gamingchildhood.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their order details are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for, or provide refunds due to, errors in size, colour, or shipping information entered during purchase.
