Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions. All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise and must be paid in full at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If payment has been taken, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method and are provided as estimates only.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details cannot be refunded.

Once passed to the courier, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. While we will assist where possible, Gaming Childhood is not liable for courier delays.

Returns and Refunds

Many of our products are produced in limited batches or made to order. Returns and refunds are only offered where your statutory rights apply.

This includes situations where

  • an item arrives damaged
  • an incorrect item is received
  • a product is faulty or not as described

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can resolve it quickly.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure product details and imagery are accurate. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

Some items may be limited release or subject to availability. Products may be updated or withdrawn without notice, but this will not affect existing orders.

International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the customers responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Gaming Childhood is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of data, revenue, or profit. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product related to any claim.
